7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Hatha Yoga, Asana & Pranayama
8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Nature Walk
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Reiki, Group Healing
1:00 PM: Lunch (& rest time)
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Meditation Session 1 (15 min break)
4:15 PM - 5:15 PM: Meditation Session 2
5:15 PM - 6:00 PM: Evening Tea
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Sunset Sessions
7:00 PM: Retreat Day ends
Note: Participants can return home after the day’s session, offering a flexible retreat experience without overnight stays. The exact timing may be adjusted depending on the energy of the group.
